During every academic session we hold various activities and workshops through which students explore their skills and talents. Initially all the students are given equal opportunity to be a part of every activity. Our team of trained staff identifies and evaluates the skills of every student and the most promising students are promoted to the "inner circle". The inner circle is a group of elite students who shows extra-ordinary promise to excel in their field of interest. These students are given special training, counselling through field exposures, interaction with external institutions and even scholarships for perusing a career in that field.

Once a student is identified, we consult with their parents/guardian regarding the possibilities and their due consent. The parents consent and involvement is very critical at this stage.
